Vibration Measurement at the Racket Handle

The comparative tests measured the vibrations transmitted toward the racket handle after ball impact. Tests were performed with 2Line strings and round tennis strings to compare how quickly the vibrations decreased over time.

With 2Line tennis strings, vibrations toward the racket handle were reduced by 50% after 20.9 ms, compared with 29.5 ms for round tennis strings. The results show that vibrations decreased more rapidly with 2Line and reached the handle with lower intensity.
